Job summary

System Transport is seeking recent graduate CDL-A flatbed drivers for regional routes with home weekends. Earn a strong pay package including mileage pay and per-week earnings, plus a $1,800 transition package and full benefits.

Orientation and airfare are provided for onboarding in Spokane, WA, with extensive safety and equipment upgrades for top performers. We offer medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, and other compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL (CDL-A) license.
• Minimum 6 months of driving experience or willingness to train for recent grads.
• Demonstrated safe driving history and clean background checks.
• Drug test and Clearinghouse monitoring required.
• Able to lift tarps up to 90 pounds and handle tarping duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional and OTR flatbed routes delivering glass, steel, and building materials.
• Maintain safety standards and on-time performance.
• Colorful pay components include tarp, stop, detention, and other pay.
• Attend orientation and complete onboarding in Spokane, WA.
