Job summary

System Transport is hiring recent CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes with home weekends. Earn a competitive pay package, including $0.65–$0.69 per mile and per-week pay, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

We provide paid orientation in Spokane, Washington, with airfare and lodging covered. New grads can train through September 30, 2026, and be paired with late-model equipment and strong retirement options.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Must have a valid Class A driver's license (CDL-A)
• REQUIRED: 6+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
• REQUIRED: A safe driving record on the road
• REQUIRED: Must be 21 years of age or older
• REQUIRED: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• REQUIRED: Background check required
• REQUIRED: A clean drug test required
• REQUIRED: Clean clearinghouse results required
• For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
• Operate on regional or OTR routes with home weekends when possible.
