Job summary

System Transport is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional flatbed driving jobs with home weekends. The role offers a $1,800 transition package and a competitive pay package including per mile and accessorial pay.

You’ll drive regional routes, with full benefits, 401(k) match, and PTO. Orientation is paid, with a Spokane onboarding trip provided. Training for new CDL-A grads is available through September 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Must have a valid Class A driver’s license (CDL-A).
• REQUIRED: 6+ months of driving experience.
• REQUIRED: A safe driving record on the road.
• REQUIRED: Must be 21 years of age or older.
• REQUIRED: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• REQUIRED: Background check required.
• REQUIRED: A clean drug test required.
• REQUIRED: Clearinghouse results required.
• REQUIRED: Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform and tarp about 70% of loads.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
• Operate and maintain a flatbed tractor-trailer with safety compliance.
• Attend orientation and complete onboarding process to begin regional/OTR routes.
