Job summary

System Transport is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional flatbed routes with home-time on weekends and a $1,800 transition package. Drive late‑model equipment, enjoy full benefits, and participate in a 401(k) plan with matching.

Orientation is provided in Spokane, WA, with comprehensive paid onboarding and a quick truck handover. We welcome drivers with 0–6 months experience post‑graduation and offer training for new CDL‑A holders, provided you have a valid license, pass a background check

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A driver’s license (CDL-A).
• 6+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required – we will train you!).
• A safe driving record on the road.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Background check required.
• A clean drug test required.
• Clean clearinghouse results required.
• Able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Transport important goods and materials on regional and OTR flatbed routes.
• Operate late‑model equipment with safety technology.
