Job summary

Regan Capital, an SEC-Registered Investment Advisor, seeks a recent graduate to join its Internal Wholesaler team in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on supporting and expanding sales by building relationships with financial advisors, institutions, and high-net-worth clients, including outreach, material preparation, and market trend analysis.

You will collaborate with external wholesalers, develop product pitches, and leverage tools like Salesforce and Prequin to generate and qualify leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience with Salesforce would be advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Willingness to travel if necessary.
• Excellent social skills and ability to influence others, collaborate across the Firm.
• Experience with utilizing social media to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with external wholesalers to develop, maintain, and expand relationships to drive sales.
• Develop new business through research and proactive interactions with Financial Advisors.
• Create strategy for targeting prospective clients for each fund/product distributed by the Firm.
• Prepare a repeatable pitch for the Firm and each product.
• Use Salesforce to document activities and assign leads to external wholesalers.
• Utilize databases to generate leads for the wholesaling team.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Create daily plans and execute them with a methodical sales coverage approach.
• Schedule follow-up meetings for wholesalers and meet weekly targets.
• Follow up with leads to advance the sales process and deepen advisor relationships.
• Drive attendance to wholesaler meetings, conferences, webinars, and Firm events.
