Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Warehouse Technician- Receiving to support material flow at our Houston, TX facility. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and involves receiving, stocking, and distributing inbound materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED with 6+ months of warehouse experience, forklift operation skills, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and 6+ months of general work experience.
• Experience operating in an industrial warehouse environment.
• Forklift/Fork truck operating experience.
• Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• US work authorization required; sponsorship not available.
• Successful candidate must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures to prevent injuries and accidents.
• Receive and distribute inbound material daily.
• Resolve receipt discrepancies and non-conforming materials for return.
• Handle and store material to inventory.
• Operate fork trucks and high-reach equipment safely.
• Record inventory transactions as instructed.
• Support Kitting departments as needed.
• Pick and package material for shipping orders.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and maintain clean work areas.
• Adapt to changes in processes and priorities as needed.
