Big Tool Box is seeking a Receiving Specialist to join our warehouse team in Parker, TX. The role emphasizes accurate receiving, forklift operation, and fast, organized staging of freight to keep shelves stocked and online orders fulfilled.

Responsibilities include scanning, counting, and documenting received goods, maintaining backroom organization, and processing BOPUIS orders with speed and precision. Early-morning shifts with safety-first mindset are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1+ year warehouse/receiving experience with forklift and RF scanner.
• Proficient with Ace Vision receiving and BOPUIS paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and move pallets using sit-down forklift or pallet jack.
• Scan, count, and verify received product against BOL/ASN; photograph issues.
• Process receiving paperwork and sign BOLs after verification.
• Stage and organize backroom per 5S standards; prep BOPUIS orders quickly.
