Job summary

Four Hands in Austin, Texas is seeking a dependable Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. You will help ensure the accurate receipt, verification, and storage of incoming goods, supporting both receiving and overall warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Proficiency with a WMS and Microsoft Office, plus comfort with standing for long periods and occasional overtime, is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse or distribution centre operations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and move up to 225 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable with continuous standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Steel-toed boots or shoes required during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers and trucks safely and efficiently.
• Sort and stage product for receiving and storage.
• Identify and report damaged items or safety concerns.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Support team operations and warehouse projects as needed.
• Meet productivity requirements as needed.
• Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications.
