Job summary

Four Hands is seeking a dependable Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team in California. You will help ensure accurate receipt, verification, and storage of incoming goods, supporting receiving and overall warehouse operations.

The role requires 1+ year in warehouse operations, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Office-friendly boots and a readiness for overtime support a smooth, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills (WMS, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and move up to 225 lbs with assistance
• Comfortable with continuous standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Steel-toed boots or shoes required during work hours

Responsibilities

• Unload containers and trucks safely and efficiently
• Sort and stage product for receiving and storage
• Identify and report damaged items or safety concerns
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Support team operations and warehouse projects as needed
• Meet productivity requirements as needed
• Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
