Job summary

Four Hands, headquartered in Austin, TX, seeks a Quality Associate to ensure products meet our high standards before reaching customers. You will perform detailed inspections, document findings, and collaborate to resolve issues quickly.

The role requires 1+ year in warehouse operations, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Shift times are 5AM-2PM or 7AM-4PM, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse/distribution center experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with WMS, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough product inspections, document findings, and capture photos using warehouse systems.
• Identify and report product issues, such as splits, cracks, dents, finish flaws, color inconsistencies, material defects, and packaging problems.
• Utilize barcode scanners for accurate inventory management.
• Operate a variety of tools daily, including hand tools, power tools, touch-up materials, and packaging materials.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and, if trained, forklifts or pickers to move products.
• Unpack, rework, and repack products to their original condition as needed.
• Accurately identify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading.
• Assist with unloading and loading containers or trailers as required.
• Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications.
