Job summary

Ollie is seeking a Receiving Team Leader in Parma, OH to oversee the receiving area, ensure efficient freight flow, and support merchandising standards. You will manage back stock, verify shipments, and supervise Associates to maintain a safe, productive dock and store operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 6 months in a retail environment, and the flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks within strict timeframes.
• Positive attitude and strong interaction with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and support merchandising of distribution shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Manage freight flow in the receiving area and maintain a safe dock.
• Adhere to standards, confirm accuracy of incoming merchandise, and set up displays.
• Prepare outbound transfers of merchandise and fixtures.
• Direct Associates assisting with freight flow; act as Manager on Duty; open/close the store.
