Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Ohio is seeking a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the receiving area and ensure efficient freight flow to the sales floor according to the store's standards. Duties include back stock management, dock safety, and coordinating merchandise movement.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 6 months in a mid- to large-size retailer, and flexible scheduling. Candidates should be ready to lead associates and support store operations daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks within tight timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and support merchandising of distribution shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Manage freight flow in the receiving area and maintain a safe dock and exterior.
• Direct the work of Associates assisting with freight flow and act as Manager on Duty as needed.
