Responsibilities

• Be the owner of accurate, up to date area Tier 1 boards and scheduling tools; Lead Tier 1 meetings.
• Collaborate with line leads, PLC, and line Supervisor to flex labor as needed.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and PLC to identify and resolve production interrupters.
• Communicate Manufacturing Change Notices and ensure all posted area documentation is current and accurate.
• Support QC processes and DMR/NCR activities; participate in CI initiatives.

This role partners with the supervisor and VSM to coordinate, facilitate, and motivate team activities to meet or exceed High 5 objectives across safety, quality, delivery, cost, lean, and efficiency.
