Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort Group is seeking a Receiving Supervisor for our Norman, OK facility. You will oversee the receiving department, lead warehouse staff, and ensure accurate processing of all incoming shipments.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in warehouse/receiving, 2+ years in supervision, and strong organizational and communication skills. You will enforce safety standards, train staff, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, receiving, or logistics operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proficiency with WMS and inventory tracking software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the receiving department and warehouse staff.
• Oversee receipt, verification, and documentation of all incoming shipments and inventory.
• Ensure accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Manage receiving schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to meet targets.
• Maintain organized inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate receiving team members to ensure performance.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and QA departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on receiving operations.
• Conduct regular audits of receiving procedures and inventory accuracy.
• Address and resolve customer and vendor inquiries related to shipments and deliveries.
