Responsibilities

  • Manage receiving schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to meet targets
  • Maintain organized inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Enforce safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate receiving team members for performance
  • Identify process improvements and implement efficiency improvements
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and quality assurance to resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on receiving operations
  • Conduct audits of receiving procedures and inventory accuracy
  • Address and resolve customer and vendor inquiries related to shipments and deliveries

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Receiving Supervisor to join our team in Norman, United States.
