JOB SUMMARY:
Direct, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the Receiving Department through the preparation/receiving of company products, the receiving of raw materials, and storage thereof. Assures timely and efficient fulfillment of products through the assignment of duties.

COMPETENCIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:Associate’s degree or possess comparable skills and experience in a logistics environment
Experience or Training: 2 years of supervisory/management experience. Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Accuracy, confidentiality, efficiency, and professionalism are essential. Must possess the ability to motivate, coach, and direct people. Experience with conflict resolution and experience working in a union environment.
Technology/Equipment: Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with an ERP program.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate’s degree in Logistics.
Technology/Equipment: Experience with a WMS program.
