Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily receiving and inventory workflows in the Bethlehem area. The role requires coordinating schedules, ensuring accuracy in catalogs and ordering interfaces, and resolving escalated issues with cross-functional teams.

The position emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and a focus on safety and efficiency in warehouse operations. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in warehouse/logistics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, specifically in receiving or inventory control departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work schedules and workflow assignments in receiving and inventory departments to align workload with priorities.
• Leads the catalog and ordering interface request process to maintain setup accuracy and timely issue resolution.
• Resolves escalated customer and operational issues requiring coordination across stakeholders.
• Facilitates warehouse and staging area organization standards to improve safety, visibility and efficiency.
• Monitors stock and inventory levels to maintain material availability and accurate planning.
• Improves day-to-day workflow through process enhancements and team guidance.
• Guides team execution to reinforce accountability and timely completion of work.

Job Details

Shift: Days, Monday-Friday 4:30am until complete

Sign on Bonus: $5,000

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

• Supervises daily work schedules and workflow assignments in receiving and inventory departments primarily to align workload distribution with operational priorities and service requirements.
• Leads the catalog and ordering interface request process to maintain setup accuracy, process consistency, and timely issue resolution.
• Resolves escalated customer and operational issues that require coordination, judgment, and follow-through across stakeholders.
• Facilitates warehouse and staging area organization standards to improve safety, inventory visibility, and efficiency.
• Monitors stock and inventory levels to maintain material availability and accurate operational planning.
• Improves day-to-day workflow effectiveness through practical process enhancements and team guidance.
• Guides team execution to reinforce accountability, role clarity, and consistent completion of assigned work.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, specifically in receiving or inventory control departments.
