Automation Personnel Services in Sugar Land, TX seeks a Receiving Coordinator for full-time, temporary assignment. Pay rate is $16.00 – $19.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 am–6:00 pm. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, recording data in SAP/MES, and coordinating lab operations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Mandarin skills preferred, with potential local travel and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred, though not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
• Experience in stocking, loading, shipping, and receiving preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and adaptability.
• Able to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to load/unload pallets and transport to other locations if required.
• Physical ability to lift to 50 pounds.
• Mandarin language skills preferred.
• Occasional local day travel may be required, but no overnight travel is anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify accuracy of shipments against documentation.
• Record incoming shipment details in SAP, MES, and GR files within the department’s shared folder.
• Independently resolve shipment issues or contact shippers when necessary.
• Manage lab coats, including barcode scanning for check-in/out and replacements.
• Replenish daily lab supplies as needed.
• Support supervisor and coworkers in meeting department goals.
• Report incidents to the supervisor or manager immediately.
• Perform any other duties needed to meet department targets.
