Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Salt Lake City store. You will unload, audit, and stage product to recover store inventory, while ensuring paperwork is complete and safety procedures are followed.

Minimum eligibility includes 1–2 years of warehouse experience and forklift familiarity. We offer full-time and part-time roles with opportunities to grow, plus benefits and a strong safety program.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance with safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
