Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations for our retail stores in Austin, TX. The role involves unloading, auditing, and staging products to recover store inventory, with a minimum base pay from $17 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. This role requires the ability to work in variable weather, in a fast-paced environment, and to meet deadlines while maintaining safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Detail-oriented and accurate with paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Complete receiving paperwork accurately.
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse.
• Perform related duties as directed by management.
• Adhere to forklift safety and standard operating procedures.
