Position Overview

The Receiving Specialist (RS) assists customers and maintains store appearance, handling customer service, merchandising, and store upkeep.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receive trucks, move freight to sales floor, price, merchandise, and recover the store
• Maintain an organized receiving area
• Assist in training new Receiving Specialists
• Communicate needs and issues to Team Leaders
• Greet and acknowledge customers
• Operate register accurately and efficiently
• Know promotions and support donation programs
• Keep the store clean
• Perform additional duties as assigned
