Natera is hiring a Laboratory Assistant I in Austin, TX to support specimen processing and ensure timely workflow across stations. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, sample handling, and adherence to lab SOPs.
Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with hourly rates starting at $21, plus applicable shift differentials and weekend premium. A HIPAA/PHI privacy training requirement applies after hire.
The role of a Laboratory Assistant I has the ability to receive specimens with an ability to exercise independent judgement in the performance of assigned laboratory tasks. This role ensures all workflow stations within the laboratory are given specimens in a timely manner, with turnaround time in consideration.

4x10 Shifts - Hourly rate starts at $21
Days: Wed-Sat or Thu-Sun or Sun-Wed
Hours: 1st Shift: 5am-3:30pm or 10am-8:30pm (Hourly rate is $21)
2nd Shift: 3pm-1:30am (Hourly rate is $21+10% Shift Differential)
3rd Shift: 9pm - 730am (Hourly rate is $21+15% Shift Differential)
Added 15% shift differential for Sat/Sun

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
