Job summary

Natera, Inc. in San Carlos, CA is seeking a Receiving Specialist for an onsite, temp-to-perm role. You will receive and process deliveries, verify orders, unload trucks, inspect items, and store them properly.

The position requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of receiving experience; experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Oracle ERP is preferred. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. The base pay range is $21.49–$26.87 per hour under the Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of receiving experience in a distribution or warehouse environment or similar experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Spreadsheet and ERP, preferably Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and signing for deliveries, comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.
• Organize and store received items in appropriate areas, update inventory with received items.
• Process and record corresponding transactions in Oracle.
• Work collaboratively with the team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Handling returns of miss-shipped or damaged merchandise.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
