Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Specialist to help move merchandise from delivery to the sales floor, handle freight, and support store operations. You will assist with pricing, merchandising, and restocking while maintaining an organized receiving area.

The role requires a team-oriented mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to work morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer service skills.

Position Overview

The Receiving Specialist assists with receiving, processing, and moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. The Receiving Specialist is responsible for freight handling, merchandising, maintaining an organized receiving area, and supporting efficient store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store, and training new Associates.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
