• Maintains complete, accurate documentation when required.
• Communicates clearly with teammates and supervisors.
• Reports forklift or staff issues and suggests solutions.
• Follows Smalley safety and productivity rules.
• Keeps workspace clean and organized per Smalley 6S.
• Reviews applicable department policies and procedures.
