Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club seeks a Receiving Clerk in Stratford, CT to accurately receive products and support the receiving process. You will help maintain dock security, ensure proper merchandise handling, and support club policies and safety standards.

You will work with a team to uphold GOLD club standards, uphold a safe environment for members, and contribute to accurate reporting and orderly receiving operations.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Researches and annotates receiving reports including direct-to-club and negative-on-hand reports.
• Maintains dock security and monitors entry of team members and visitors.
• Safely operates forklift and receives merchandise accurately per policy.
• Ensures proper storage and organization of received merchandise.
