Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is hiring a Receiver to manage in-store receiving, stocking, and stockroom organization. You’ll supervise receiving staff, assist customers, and maintain secure, efficient operations in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Required is a high school diploma with 1–2 years of grocery retail experience preferred; strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in grocery retail or store support is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives, ships, stores, and distributes product within the store.
• Supervises receiving personnel and assigns work.
• Maintains stockroom organization and security of receiving areas.
• Assists customers and provides friendly, energetic service.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack as needed and ensure proper handling of items.
• Adhere to procedural guidelines from Store Support Department.
