Job summary

White Cap is hiring an on-site Receiving Associate to join our Field Operations team. You will receive, count, and store items, record receiving data, and coordinate with shipping vendors to resolve delivery issues.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of warehouse experience, basic data entry, and forklift familiarity. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and an inclusive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of warehouse experience or similar
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Knowledge of warehouse receiving and data entry procedures
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Receives, counts and stores items.
• Records receiving data using a computer and company software.
• Packs, unpacks, and marks stock items properly and accurately.
• Identifies incorrect or short shipped items and notifies supervisor.
• Communicates with shipping vendors to resolve delivery issues.
• Delivers products to the designated area.
• Works with purchasing to track shortages for late/slow delivery.
• Files purchase orders correctly based on company policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
