White Cap is seeking a Receiving Associate in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will receive, count, store, and track items using company software, ensuring accurate records and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes safety as you handle stock, operate equipment, and coordinate with purchasing to resolve shortages. The ideal candidate has 0-2 years in receiving or warehouse work, comfortable with forklift operation, and a team-oriented attitude for fast-paced collaboration.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in receiving/warehouse operations.
• Experience with computer-based receiving data entry.
• Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Receives, counts and stores items.
• Records receiving data using a computer and company software.
• Packs, unpacks, and marks stock items properly and accurately.
• Identifies incorrect or short shipped items and notifies supervisor.
• Communicates with shipping vendors to resolve delivery issues.
• Delivers products, supplies and equipment to the correct designated area.
• Works closely with purchasing to track shortages for late/slow delivery.
• Files purchase orders correctly based on company policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 0-2 years of experience.
