Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Receiving Specialist based in Houston, TX who will ensure timely intake, accurate inspection, labeling, and placement of all incoming shipments to support production and other departments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain detailed records in ERP systems, operate forklifts and other equipment safely, and uphold Atlas Copco's Safety First culture in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years in receiving, warehousing or logistics.
• Forklift certified operator.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on shop floors/outdoors.
• Overtime flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all incoming shipments for damages and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Ensure prompt receipt within 24 hours of arrival to support just-in-time production.
