Bioventus LLC in Orlando is seeking an Associate Territory Manager in Surgical to support and report to the Regional Sales Manager in coverage and setup of surgical cases within a designated area. You will gain exposure in hospital operating rooms, surgery centers, and physician offices as an entry-level path into medical device sales.

The role emphasizes drive, adaptability, active listening, and resilience, with a focus on meeting quotas and delivering excellent customer service.

Formación

• BA/BS degree required.
• Background in nursing, surgical technology, paramedic experience, or B2B sales preferred.
• Medical sales and hands-on anatomy lab experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license in the United States is required.
• Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains product knowledge of BGS and Ultrasonic products.
• Provides case coverage for assigned accounts.
• Identifies upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborates with TMs to expand accounts.
• Assigned quota based on territory alignment and is expected to meet/exceed it.
• Assist in coverage of local meetings.

The Associate Territory Manager Surgical supports and reports to the Regional Sales Manager in the coverage and set up of Surgical cases in a designated area through knowledge of our equipment, geography, and facility intricacies.

This job will spend time in hospital operating rooms, surgery centers, and physician offices.
This role is an entry level position to gain access into a medical device surgical sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains product knowledge of BGS and Ultrasonic products

• Assist in Coverage of Local Meetings

Job Requirements

• BA/BS degree;


• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in nursing, surgical technology, paramedic experience, or B2B sales


• Medical sales and previous hands-on anatomy lab experience is a plus
  
• Must have a valid driver’s license in one of the 50 United States is required


• Exceptional customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skill including proper phone etiquette


• Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel


• Highly detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy


• Maintains an attitude of responsibility, ownership, and accountability


• Strong sense of decision making, sound judgement and critical thinking


• Motivated and able to work independently within a fast paced, team environment
