Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Receiving Specialist to unload, inspect, and track goods entering the manufacturing plant in Cartersville, GA. You will verify quantities against orders and tag items for the appropriate department before updating stock records.

Responsibilities include comparing PO with packing lists, signing deliveries, and maintaining accurate receiving and inventory documentation in a fast-paced plant environment with required PPE when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a shipping or inventory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Data entry and basic computer skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others as needed.
• Adequate organization skills and ability to learn procedures.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and track goods received into the plant.
• Verify quantities and quality against orders; tag products for the correct department.
• Compare purchase orders with packing lists and sign deliveries after receipt.
• Maintain records of orders received and update inventory records.
