Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, a Crawford subsidiary and part of the Sonepar USA family, is hiring a Warehouse Receiving Runner at the RDC/Branch. The role involves processing white-glove sales orders, managing transfers, and handling inbound freight documentation in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least two years of clerical experience, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Good writing and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of organization, planning, records management and general administration.

• Systemically receive white glove sales orders and transfers.
• File freight claims with inbound freight lines.
• Maintain location-to-location transfer report.
• Record and report all inbound freight discrepancies.
