Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Runner at our RDC/Branch. This role supports order intake, freight handling, and transfer reporting, requiring a high school diploma and clerical experience.

Candidates should be computer literate, proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook, and able to follow written and verbal instructions while working independently or in teams. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience.
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Systematically receive white glove sales orders and transfers.
  • File freight claims with inbound freight lines.
  • Maintain location-to-location transfer report.
  • Record and report all inbound freight discrepancies.
