Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in the RDC/Branch network seeks a Warehouse Receiving Runner to support fast-paced operations, processing inbound orders and transfers while coordinating with carriers for accuracy and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience.
• Computer literate.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Good writing, analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Systemically receive white glove sales orders and transfers.
• File freight claims with inbound freight lines.
• Maintain location-to-location transfer report.
• Record and report all inbound freight discrepancies.
