Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet is looking for a Receiving Team Leader in Harvey, LA. You will manage the operation and maintenance of the receiving area, ensuring the accurate execution of freight flow to the sales floor.

Responsibilities include verifying pricing accuracy, preparing transfers, and directing other associates. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of retail experience and outstanding communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient operation of the receiving area.
• Plan, unload, check in, and support the merchandising of shipments.
• Manage effective freight flow in the receiving area.
