The role supports inventory accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness through consistent execution of receiving procedures.

The position requires experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Strong understanding of receiving processes and inventory control.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving operations to ensure accurate and efficient processing of incoming shipments.
• Ensure all deliveries are verified for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and support overall inventory accuracy.
• Monitor receiving activity to identify discrepancies, errors, or process gaps.
• Supervise receiving staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and performance expectations.
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow for receiving operations.
• Ensure proper handling of discrepancies, including damages, shortages, and documentation issues.
• Support compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and operational controls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
