JOB DETAILS

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22 an hour

Day Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Loader will be responsible for loading trucks, using overhead cranes and forklifts, with order set verification.
• Load trucks and trailers with various steel materials.
• Must be flexible with hours needed to work.
• Check off material to load on a trailer.
• Assist in the department as needed – general helper work.
• Wear the proper safety equipment.

Qualifications:

• Crane and forklift skills.
• One-year experience loading with forklift/crane.
• One year experience using propane/diesel forklift.
• Ability to bend and lift 50 pounds continually, above shoulder height and below waist.
• Ability to work at heights over 5/10 ft.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

This position may require overtime. Shifts are 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on work orders and season.
