THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our Distribution Center's productivity. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. Our facility spans over 300,000 square feet with thousands of products moving daily, providing an opportunity to enhance our top-performing location by improving accuracy, speed, and support for our stores and e-commerce operations. Tasks are primarily performed using an RF scanner.

You will achieve these goals by:

• Accurately picking and packing orders following established procedures
• Restocking picking bins with products from reserve storage
• Sorting, counting, and receiving merchandise accurately
• Moving products safely using powered equipment like forklifts, order selectors, and pallet jacks (certification provided)
• Building pallets for shipment using conveyors
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Organizing warehouse storage efficiently
• Using a scanner to direct tasks such as picking, packing, receiving, and moving
• Handling, reaching, and working safely with materials, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and other physical activities during shifts, including overtime as needed
• Maintaining visual accuracy and perception during warehouse tasks
• Working overtime based on business needs, including weekends
• Following instructions accurately and working effectively within a team
• Communicating clearly in English and interpreting safety and operational documents
• Demonstrating flexibility in daily tasks

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

Qualified candidates are self-motivated, 18 years or older, and capable of completing training and certification in their area. Additional requirements include:

• Strong math skills for accurate calculations
• A high school diploma or GED, with 1+ year of related experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of RF scanners and basic computer skills is a plus

Physical and environmental conditions include:

• Exposure to loud noises
• Occasional work at heights
• Variable temperatures and dusty environments
• Possible exposure to scents related to cosmetics or fragrances
• Working in narrow aisles or trailers as needed
