THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

As a key contributor to productivity within our Distribution Center, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, stocking, and fulfilling orders. With over 300,000 square feet of space and thousands of products moving daily, this role offers the chance to enhance our top-performing location, ensuring increasing accuracy, speed, and support to our stores and e-commerce operations. Tasks are primarily performed using an RF scanner.

You will accomplish these goals by:

• Accurately picking and packing orders using established practices
• Restocking picking bins with products from reserve storage
• Sorting, counting, and receiving merchandise accurately
• Safely moving products with powered equipment (e.g., fork trucks, pallet jacks; certification provided)
• Building pallets for shipment using conveyors
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Organizing warehouse storage
• Using scanners for work direction (pick, pack, receive, move)
• Handling, reaching, and using hearing for safety and instructions
• Lifting boxes, products, or equipment up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing stairs during shifts
• Using vision and perception skills for warehouse functions
• Working overtime as needed, including weekends
• Following instructions accurately and safely
• Collaborating effectively in a team environment
• Understanding basic written and oral instructions in English and interpreting documents
• Demonstrating flexibility in daily tasks

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

Qualified candidates are self-motivated, 18+ years old, capable of completing training and certification. Additional requirements include:

• Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• High school diploma or GED preferred, with 1+ year of related experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of RF scanners and basic computer skills preferred

Essential functions include exposure to loud noises, high places, variable temperatures, dusty environments, strong scents, and working in narrow aisles or trailers.
