The ideal candidate will lead a receiving team, ensure documentation quality, and uphold company procedures while adapting to scheduling requirements for high-volume shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Strong understanding of receiving processes and inventory control.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage priorities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving operations to ensure accurate processing.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy, quality, and documentation.
• Maintain receiving records to support inventory accuracy.
• Monitor activity to identify discrepancies and gaps.
• Supervise receiving staff and ensure procedural adherence.
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow for receiving.
• Handle discrepancies including damages and shortages.
• Support compliance with policies, audits, and controls.
• Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and safe.
