Job summary

KARL STORZ North America is hiring a Receiving Logistics Center Associate I for our on-site Logistics Center in Massachusetts. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, handling inbound materials, documentation, and inventory with SAP and warehouse systems.

You will ensure accuracy of materials, support 6S safety standards, and participate in continuous improvement efforts while collaborating with teammates and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year of warehouse, receiving, shipping, dock, or logistics experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems and SAP transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming products using SAP and warehouse systems.
• Verify Bills of Material, Air Way Bills, POs, and shipping docs for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory integrity with proper labeling and documentation.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized warehouse following 6S and safety rules.
• Support continuous improvement activities and contribute to process efficiency.
• Follow work instructions, policies, and procedures to support productivity and quality.
