KARL STORZ North America is a global MedTech leader focused on medical technology and visualization solutions. This on-site, part-time Logistics Center Associate I role in Auburn, MA supports receiving, stocking, picking, and shipments while embracing LEAN principles and safety.

The position develops warehouse operations knowledge, teamwork, and problem-solving within a family-owned company that values long-term relationships and patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of warehouse/logistics experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn WMS.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, and process materials and inventory transactions using warehouse technology and SAP.
• Verify product accuracy and validate orders before release to stock or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace following 6S standards and safety protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and following procedures.
• Develop skills to safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks and similar).
