Job summary

KARL STORZ is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Center Associate I to support daily warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory movement, and order fulfillment in SAP. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and Lean-based problem-solving within a collaborative team.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and requires a high school diploma or GED, with 0–1 year of related experience. Training on warehouse equipment will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in inventory and order fulfillment.

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills to learn warehouse systems and SAP transactions.
• One or more years of warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle material movements, stocking, picking, and inventory transactions using warehouse systems, scanners, and SAP.
• Validate product and order accuracy before releasing inventory to stock or shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing 6S activities and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and completing improvement activities.
• Follow work instructions, policies, and procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with teammates, internal partners, and leadership to meet service level agreements.
• Develop proficiency in operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as trained.
