Job summary

POWDR Mt. Bachelor is seeking a Receiving Staff member to manage intake and distribution of materials across the resort. The role demands attention to detail, ability to pull orders accurately, and physical work loading/unloading trucks daily in various weather conditions.

Schedule is flexible and based on business needs; weekend/holiday work is required. Active teamwork and precise paperwork are essential to maintain inventory and food costs.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Driver’s License with no violations in the last year.
• Oregon Food Handlers Card preferred.
• At least 1 year in related role and up to 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull food, beverage, and other materials according to a pull list.
• Load/unload carts and transport materials to locations.
• Receive freight and document movements for inventory controls.
• Maintain a clean warehouse and vehicles; participate in safety huddles.
