Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect daily shipments (UPS, FedEx, LTL, etc.) and verify contents.
• Verify purchase orders and packing slips match; log merchandise in receiving system.
• Enter purchase orders into computer after receiving; maintain accurate records.
• Create price lists for unmarked products and process store transfers.
• Address inquiries from home office regarding orders, shortages, and damages.
• Maintain forklift certification as part of role responsibilities.
• Answer incoming phone calls and communicate via radio with team.
• Develop product knowledge of items CAL Ranch sells and support merchandising.
