Job summary

Fleet Farm in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Receiving Team Member to ensure accurate receipt of inbound freight and to stage items for the Logistics Team to stock.

You will coordinate outbound shipments, maintain a clean receiving area, follow safety guidelines, and assist with returns and inventory investigations. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred; forklift certification and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurately receiving all inbound freight in a detailed and timely manner to ensure it is available for stocking by the Logistics Team.
• Responsible for coordinating outbound shipments and returns.
• Ensures cleanliness standards in the receiving area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report any safety concerns or violations immediately.
• Responsible for assisting with Return to Vendor and Return Processing.
• Work with the Inventory Control Team to investigate any inventory inaccuracies that may be related to item receipts.
• Assist Logistics and Yard Teams as needed.
• Positive promotion of Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
