Job summary

Kroger distribution center in Phoenix seeks a Warehouse Associate to operate power lift equipment and move merchandise through receiving, storage, and loading zones. You’ll ensure accurate placement of goods and timely replenishment to order selection locations.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED with at least one year of related experience. The role requires weekend/overtime availability and safety adherence while upholding Kroger values.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED plus one year experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
• Ability to perform basic math with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Use power lift equipment to move product from receiving to storage areas, replenish order locations, and load trailers.
• Place incoming merchandise in proper warehouse locations and rearrange items as needed.
• Separate and move pallets as required.
• Retrieve merchandise orders by stores.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
