Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Receiving Lead on the PM Shift to help lead the inbound team, assist in offloading and accurately receive inbound shipments, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. You’ll work with products for clients in the active lifestyle space.

The role is based in Easton, PA and pays $22.00 per hour with a $1 shift differential. Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, with duties including training, coordinating receiving tasks, labor planning with the Receiving Supervisor, and

Qualifications

Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties with minimal direction.
Experience in leading receiving personnel to ensure effective activities.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Oversee the training and cross-training of receiving employees.
Lead and delegate a variety of receiving tasks while working within SLA.
Collaborate with the Receiving Supervisor by planning labor requirements based on forecast.
Ensure all inbound shipments are received, with quality checks for damages and discrepancies.
Perform receiving, offloading, scanning and other general warehouse duties.
Follow safety rules and SOPs; keep areas clean and organized.
