Talent Masters Staffing in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Receiving Clerk to manage the receiving process from start to finish and to ensure proper instructions for all inbound items are followed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is required. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, possess strong problem solving skills, and be bilingual in English/Spanish. Hours are 6:30am–3:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving process from beginning to end.
• Create and maintain receiving requirements/instructions for all inbound items.
• Provide direction to receiving team, ensuring strict adherence to all procedures.
• Leverage software to optimize pallet configurations for inbound items.
• Verify inbound loads have accurate items, quantities, and lot codes recorded.
• Maintain item master data within inventory management software.
• Accurate data entry using spreadsheets and inventory management system.
• Communicate and resolve receiving discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
